Fragestellung(en) der Befragung

The ‚Leading Quality‘ project cluster comprises four studies on the projects „School Turnaround – Berliner Schulen starten durch“ in Berlin, „Schulentwicklung und Schulmanagement“ in Berlin, „impakt schulleitung“ and „impakt Plus“ in North Rhine-Westphalia and „PerspektivSchulen“ in Schleswig-Holstein.
Within the framework of these studies, we are researching various procedures for the qualification and support of school leadership (leadership development, school support) as well as questions about school characteristics (school leadership/school management-school development-school quality), their interrelationships and tranformations.
With mixed-method longitudinal studies, including different qualitative and quantitative approaches and diverse perspectives, intervention-related questions and questions of the sustainability of transfer and the depth of learning are analysed. By that, the quality and stability of impact chains over time and the impact at the level of students become comprehensible for a better under-standing of the circumstances and needs of schools in challenging circumstances.
